What services does Pixel Perfect Offer?
We specialize in remote psychological assessments and individual therapy. At this time, we are not accepting new therapy clients but do have availability for testing clients.
What do you test for?
Every assessment includes an in-depth look at cognitive, social, and emotional functioning, regardless of the referral question. The most common referrals tend to be for Autism or ADHD diagnoses. Additional diagnoses that can be evaluated for include (but are not limited to): depressive and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, phobias, social anxiety, and OCD.
How can I schedule an appointment?

How much does it cost?
For insurance, I accept Excellus BCBS.
For out of network assessments, assessments are a flat $1,500 — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, no extra charges if things take longer than expected, and can be paid over 2-3 installments.
Every assessment is tailored to your specific needs and concerns, and each report represents roughly 14-17 hours of work.
How does a virtual assessment work?
A psychological assessment is a way to get to know your brain better.
During a psychological assessment, we'll meet virtually to talk about why you're wanting an assessment and what you goals are for testing. I'll ask questions about your life - from childhood to present - and together we'll put together the big picture of what's been going on, where we're at now, and where we want to go.
The next step in the process is completing assessment measures. Because this is an entirely virtual assessment, all questionnaires are completed online.
Once I have all the information, I'll put together a detailed report that summarizes findings from the tests and the diagnostic interview, what the results mean, and recommendations on next steps. We'll meet one last time to go over the report and make sure that you understand the report and can ask any clarifying questions.
