Psychological Assessment (telehealth)
I provide 100% telehealth psychological assessments for adults. I specialize in evaluations for identifying common mental health diagnoses, providing diagnostic clarity around existing diagnoses, and ADHD evaluations.

Fee: $1200
All evaluations include a 1) initial consultation, 2) psychological testing, 3) comprehensive written report, and 4) a feedback session to discuss findings and recommendations.

Individual Therapy (telehealth)
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and every individual has their own unique journey to navigate. I utilize a variety of different treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, and adamantly believe in collaboratively creating a course of treatment that is customized to each individuals' needs and preferences.

Training and Consultation
Being dual-qualified in both psychology and gaming provides a deeply informed perspective on the role and impact of games and other technologies in daily life. In this digital age, being familiar with games, gaming, and geek culture is essential to being an informed and competent provider. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience on the intersection of games and mental health and am available to book for talks, trainings, and workshops for mental health providers and educators.
